Finding ease and comfort during change requires identifying, acknowledging and releasing beliefs and patterns that inhibit the release and experience of joy in your life.

I am a guide to help you ground and clarify your intention to navigate life transitions and challenges.

You already have the experience and wisdom to traverse whatever challenge or goal you are facing. I can help you rediscover who you really are, what lights you up, and what brings you joy.

Using Jungian Coaching, energy healing, creative expression and body awareness, we will tap into your reservoir of wisdom, clarity and energy to move forward in your life with grace and ease.

  • Identifying the mechanisms behind what makes you tick allows for new insights. Projections, shadows, and dreams will be encouraged to come forth for release and healing.

  • Working with the astral and etheric bodies and chakras, emotional patterns and behaviors are identified, acknowledged and released.

  • Writing exercises, drawing, and other creative expression can be explored to help you tap into new perspectives to guide you on your journey.

  • Once you notice where emotions might be lodged in your body, I can guide you to do some physical release if necessary, along with energetic release. In person I offer deep fascial release to assist in releasing pain, and inhibited movement.
